Our solid wood furniture is all made in the USA. Since we make these chairs to order, you can choose from several customization options to help match your existing decor or style preference. You can select arms or no arms for the chair. You can also pick what type of wood material it's made from, such as Brown Maple, Oak or Q.S. White Oak, to name a few. Finally, select a stain for your new chairs, picking from our many options like Provincial, Cocoa and Coffee.
The Amish artisans who make our furniture begin their apprenticeships when they are young. They watch their parents and grandparents at work, picking up on the traditional Amish techniques like mortise and tenon jointing. The Amish never use electric tools, instead opting for hand and pneumatic devices. The furniture they make stands the test of time. Standard Residential Curbside Delivery is $249 per invoice and available to most zip codes in the contiguous United States. Your items will be delivered as close as possible to your home and unloaded from the truck. You are responsible for moving the furniture inside and all required assembly.
White Glove In-home Delivery is available for an additional $199. White Glove In-home Delivery includes the delivery company bringing your furniture into your home, placing it in the room of your choice, and fully assembling all pieces. We do not assemble baby cribs or furniture that must be mounted to the wall such as Murphy beds.
Your order may be picked up in person at our warehouse located in Smithville, Ohio if you prefer. Please bring a suitable vehicle and furniture blankets or wrapping material. Our furniture is not boxed or packaged in the warehouse.
If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote. The customer is responsible for all duty/customs fees.

Most of our furniture is delivered blanket wrapped by professional delivery companies. We partner with several Third-Party delivery companies that cover most of the Continental US. These professionals are well schooled in the handling and assembly of your Amish furniture.
All furniture should be inspected at time of delivery. Should you find that an item was damaged in shipping or defective in any way, we will, at our discretion, have the item repaired or replaced at no cost to you. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item. Damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
