Don't forget one of the most important details for your comfort, though — an ottoman. You can get the support you need for your legs and position them optimally when you use an ottoman for support. Ottomans also add a layer of style to your room, with a fun fabric design on top that can liven up the rest of your furniture.
The Amish McKinley Mission Ottoman is made in the USA by Amish artisans who handcraft every piece of solid wood furniture we sell. The Amish employ traditional techniques and make pieces sturdier than anything you can find at a big retailer.
You receive many customization options when you buy from AmishOutletStore.com. You can choose what type of wood we use to make the ottoman, such as hickory, rustic cherry or Q.S. white oak. We also offer a selection of stains, like Provincial and Husk, to preserve the natural wood grain. You can choose the fabric for the top of your ottoman as well.
The Amish who make our furniture learn their trade by watching their grandparents and parents at work. They note the traditional methods, such as mortise and tenon jointing, and use them to this day. Our artisans never employ electric tools, instead relying on pneumatic or hand tools to make our beautiful furniture. The end product is so durable, many of our customers refer to our pieces as "heirloom-quality."

Standard Residential Curbside Delivery is $249 per invoice and available to most zip codes in the contiguous United States. Your items will be delivered as close as possible to your home and unloaded from the truck. You are responsible for moving the furniture inside and all required assembly.
White Glove In-home Delivery is available for an additional $199. White Glove In-home Delivery includes the delivery company bringing your furniture into your home, placing it in the room of your choice, and fully assembling all pieces. We do not assemble baby cribs or furniture that must be mounted to the wall such as Murphy beds.
Your order may be picked up in person at our warehouse located in Smithville, Ohio if you prefer. Please bring a suitable vehicle and furniture blankets or wrapping material. Our furniture is not boxed or packaged in the warehouse.
If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote. The customer is responsible for all duty/customs fees.

Most of our furniture is delivered blanket wrapped by professional delivery companies. We partner with several Third-Party delivery companies that cover most of the Continental US. These professionals are well schooled in the handling and assembly of your Amish furniture.
All furniture should be inspected at time of delivery. Should you find that an item was damaged in shipping or defective in any way, we will, at our discretion, have the item repaired or replaced at no cost to you. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item. Damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
