Like all the high-quality, solid-wood furniture sold by AmishOutletStore.com, the Amish Boulder Creek Chair has many customization options. You can get the seat made with wood, leather or fabric, and if you select fabric, you can choose from dozens of upholstery options. You also get to pick what type of wood the chair is constructed from, with choices including Brown Maple, Cherry and Q.S. White Oak. Finally, choose a stain to finish the design. We have light options like Golden Oak and dark ones such as Cappuccino.
The Amish artisans who design each piece of furniture for us learned their trade by watching their parents and grandparents at work. The older generations passed on traditional techniques such as tongue and groove joints, which require the use of hand tools rather than electric ones. All of our furniture pieces are made in the USA, and they hold up much better over time than ones sold at big retailers.

Standard Residential Curbside Delivery is $249 per invoice and available to most zip codes in the contiguous United States. Your items will be delivered as close as possible to your home and unloaded from the truck. You are responsible for moving the furniture inside and all required assembly.
White Glove In-home Delivery is available for an additional $199. White Glove In-home Delivery includes the delivery company bringing your furniture into your home, placing it in the room of your choice, and fully assembling all pieces. We do not assemble baby cribs or furniture that must be mounted to the wall such as Murphy beds.
Your order may be picked up in person at our warehouse located in Smithville, Ohio if you prefer. Please bring a suitable vehicle and furniture blankets or wrapping material. Our furniture is not boxed or packaged in the warehouse.
If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote. The customer is responsible for all duty/customs fees.

Most of our furniture is delivered blanket wrapped by professional delivery companies. We partner with several Third-Party delivery companies that cover most of the Continental US. These professionals are well schooled in the handling and assembly of your Amish furniture.
All furniture should be inspected at time of delivery. Should you find that an item was damaged in shipping or defective in any way, we will, at our discretion, have the item repaired or replaced at no cost to you. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item. Damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
