Every wooden piece sold by AmishOutletStore.com provides customization options. You can select the seat type, picking from wood, leather or fabric. Amish Oleta Chairs come with or without arms, and you can select the wood type for the chair, too. Our options range from oak and Q.S. white oak to cherry and more. Finish off your customization by adding a stain, like Seely, Acres or Medium.
Every piece of furniture we sell is made in the U.S.A. Our Amish artisans employ a unique process to handcraft our chairs, tables and more, using pneumatic and hand tools. They rely on traditional techniques, such as dovetail jointing and mortise and tenon jointing, to create beautiful pieces that our customers love. The artisans' parents and grandparents taught them how to use these methods, maintaining the high Amish standards for furniture that set our sturdy pieces apart from the ones you find at big retailers.

Standard Residential Curbside Delivery is $249 per invoice and available to most zip codes in the contiguous United States. Your items will be delivered as close as possible to your home and unloaded from the truck. You are responsible for moving the furniture inside and all required assembly.
White Glove In-home Delivery is available for an additional $199. White Glove In-home Delivery includes the delivery company bringing your furniture into your home, placing it in the room of your choice, and fully assembling all pieces. We do not assemble baby cribs or furniture that must be mounted to the wall such as Murphy beds.
Your order may be picked up in person at our warehouse located in Smithville, Ohio if you prefer. Please bring a suitable vehicle and furniture blankets or wrapping material. Our furniture is not boxed or packaged in the warehouse.
If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote. The customer is responsible for all duty/customs fees.

Most of our furniture is delivered blanket wrapped by professional delivery companies. We partner with several Third-Party delivery companies that cover most of the Continental US. These professionals are well schooled in the handling and assembly of your Amish furniture.
All furniture should be inspected at time of delivery. Should you find that an item was damaged in shipping or defective in any way, we will, at our discretion, have the item repaired or replaced at no cost to you. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item. Damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
