AmishOutletStore.com’s Amish Arts and Crafts chair combines the classic styling of the arts and crafts movement with the quality of the Amish furniture-making tradition. Like all our products, each chair is made to order, allowing you to specify exactly which options and features you want included. The end result is an attractive chair for the kitchen or dining room, one that will provide a lifetime of reliable use and exceptional good looks.
The arts and crafts movement emphasized simple forms, quality artisanship and excellent materials. Much like mission style, it is known for its clean lines and design sensibilities that mesh well with modern furniture. For these reasons, genuine arts and crafts and mission furniture is extremely popular these days, often fetching high sums at antique auction houses.
Many contemporary pieces inspired by the arts and crafts movement capture its look but little of the quality, favoring cheap materials and overseas manufacturing. The AmishOutletStore.com Amish Arts and Crafts chair is different. Built by Amish artisans using solid hardwoods, the Amish Arts and Crafts chair offers the quality of a genuine antique at an affordable price point. While you’ll still pay more than the cheaper alternatives, you’re getting a piece that, treated right, will last a lifetime.
Our Amish Arts and Crafts chair is available in oak, quartersawn oak, cherry and brown maple. Have yours built with or without arms, and with your choice of a wood, leather or fabric seat. Several different stain and upholstery options are available. Purchase these chairs as part of a complete dining room set to qualify for up to 33 percent off retail pricing thanks to our large order discount.
