When you buy from AmishOutletStore.com, you receive excellent-quality furniture that we can customize to match your existing decor. We offer a choice of arms for your chairs, and you can get them with wood, leather or fabric-covered seats. We have dozens of upholstery options. You can also select what type of wood you want the chairs in, such as Rustic Cherry, Q.S. White Oak or Brown Maple. You can add a stain, too, by picking from shades like S-14 or Michaels.
Every piece of furniture we sell is made in the USA by our amazing Amish artisans. These gifted craftworkers learned to make furniture by watching their parents and grandparents at work and recreating the traditional methods they used. Even today, our artisans refuse to employ electric tools and instead rely on hand and pneumatic tools to create mortise and tenon jointing and other signature Amish joints. The fine quality of our furniture has prompted many to dub it "heirloom quality."
Standard Residential Curbside Delivery is $249 per invoice and available to most zip codes in the contiguous United States. Your items will be delivered as close as possible to your home and unloaded from the truck. You are responsible for moving the furniture inside and all required assembly.
White Glove In-home Delivery is available for an additional $199. White Glove In-home Delivery includes the delivery company bringing your furniture into your home, placing it in the room of your choice, and fully assembling all pieces. We do not assemble baby cribs or furniture that must be mounted to the wall such as Murphy beds.
Your order may be picked up in person at our warehouse located in Smithville, Ohio if you prefer. Please bring a suitable vehicle and furniture blankets or wrapping material. Our furniture is not boxed or packaged in the warehouse.
If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote. The customer is responsible for all duty/customs fees.

Most of our furniture is delivered blanket wrapped by professional delivery companies. We partner with several Third-Party delivery companies that cover most of the Continental US. These professionals are well schooled in the handling and assembly of your Amish furniture.
All furniture should be inspected at time of delivery. Should you find that an item was damaged in shipping or defective in any way, we will, at our discretion, have the item repaired or replaced at no cost to you. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item. Damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
